Understand the problem

I start by learning how the work actually gets done today: who uses it, what slows them down, and what a real fix looks like.

Build & iterate

I build the smallest version that solves the problem, test it with real use, and improve it in short loops with regular updates.

Ship & support

Once it's live, I document it and help people get comfortable with it, then keep it maintained as needs change.
